I've spent more than a decade in the transportation and logistics industry. My career started in 2012 at Celadon as Director of Agent Recruiting, where I learned firsthand what it takes to run a trucking operation. From there, I launched my own asset agency under Meadow Lark Transport, deepening my knowledge of asset-based trucking, and I've since managed both my own brokerage and trucking authorities.
In 2023, B3 Logistix merged with Dawson Truck Lines, where I served as VP out of Roanoke, VA, leading recruiting and business development. Through every step, my focus has stayed the same — building honest, long-term, results-driven relationships with our drivers and customers.
Christian Snead
A lead developer of the Dawson Companies, Christian set out to create businesses that value individuals — drivers and customers alike. He regularly hosts seminars and podcasts packed full of information for every owner-operator and company owner.
Using his transportation knowledge and skillset, sharpened by 20+ years in transportation management, he delivers results in an easily consumable fashion. His passion is helping others succeed, and this is his avenue to do so.
Recently, we rebranded the business into Valor Logistics. Our new agent model with our standout partner, AWL Transport, has opened incredible opportunity for our company. Our aim is to grow our operations with affordable, non-predatory truck lending opportunities for owner-operators — a low-cost barrier to entry into owning your own assets.
